Shipping & Returns

We usually dispatch within 24-48 hours!

We use a variety of shipping partners with our products including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Star Track, DHL, EMS, TNT and many other couriers.

Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel at all times.

Shipping times can vary depending on where you're located in Australia, some parcels are sent via our overseas warehouse but will still usually arrive within the time limits below.

Shipping Time Estimates

NSW: 2-5 working days

QLD: 3-7 working days

VIC: 3-7 working days

SA: 5-7 working days

WA: 5-7 working days

NT: 5-10 working days

 

Multiple Packages

We use a variety of manufacturers and suppliers, so if you order multiple items sometimes your items may arrive in multiple packages from different postal services. If you only receive one item, rest assured knowing that your other item is on the way and will be with you shortly.

 

Failure of delivery Information

In the situation when a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address (such as forgetting to note your apartment number) the parcel is automatically returned to us. A reshipment fee of $14.95 must be made to reship the item.

If you wish to cancel the order, the refund amount will be the order price minus a $24.95 return postage and restocking fee.

 

Returns Information

All products sold by us have a 3 month warranty on faults. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us within 90 days to be issues with a replacement or refund.
